In response to the numerous requests by our friends and cooking course participants, we provide a special service: selecting and shipping the finest gourmet products directly to their home. One of the great fortunes of a cooking school in Tuscany is working with the best producers of gourmet foods: from aged cheeses and cured meats to extra virgin olive oil balsamic vinegars, from organic marmalades to hand-made pasta. To compose their gourmet package our friends often give us free hand, other times they send us a list

of gourmet products they desire. Our specialty is a Complete Dinner pack where we include all the ingredients (excluding fresh produce) that you need to prepare a 4-course Tuscan dinner. We are also developing our own products under the Chianti Kitchen label, and by 2008 should be ready "Salsa Afrodisiaca" and "Salsa Prego".
